Discord banned after being hacked
The violation probably did happen — but not by you. This appeal has to establish a timeline: when you lost access, what changed (email, phone, password), and that the violating activity falls inside that window.
Disabled Discord accounts are scheduled for permanent deletion roughly 30 days after the ban, so filing quickly matters more than filing perfectly.
Step 1 — Find the exact wording of the notice
Open Discord and read what it actually says. You are looking for the name of the rule, not the summary. An appeal that quotes the rule and explains why it does not apply is treated very differently from one that says the decision was wrong.
Step 2 — Write the appeal
Answer these and you'll get wording you can paste into Discord's form. Nothing is sent anywhere — it is generated in your browser.
Step 3 — Send it, once
If you can still open settings: User Settings → My Account → Standing → "Let us know". If you are locked out entirely: the official request form at dis.gd/contact.
What this will not do
- We do not contact Discord for you. You submit the appeal yourself, through their official channel.
- Whether the account comes back is Discord's decision, not ours. Nobody can promise that.
- If the action was for child safety, an appeal will not succeed and we will not write you one.
