The violation probably did happen — but not by you. This appeal has to establish a timeline: when you lost access, what changed (email, phone, password), and that the violating activity falls inside that window.

Step 1 — Find the exact wording of the notice
Open Roblox and read what it actually says. You are looking for the name of the rule, not the summary. An appeal that quotes the rule and explains why it does not apply is treated very differently from one that says the decision was wrong.
