TikTok banned your account. Here's how the appeal actually works.

Most appeals fail for the same reason: they argue about fairness. The reviewer is not deciding whether the rule is fair — they are deciding whether the rule was applied to the right person. Those need completely different letters.

You usually get one appeal.

In most cases you get one appeal per enforcement action. Submitting several does not help — duplicates can push the case to the back of the queue or get flagged as automated behavior. This is the single strongest reason not to send a generic template.

30-day clock

Account-level actions generally give about a 30-day window in the US, and TikTok starts deleting account data roughly 30 days after the ban notice. EEA users get a longer statutory window under EU rules.

What this will not do

Roughly 25% of legitimate appeals succeed on the first attempt and another 15% on a second. Review usually takes 3–14 business days.
