Step 1 — Stop the next charge
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select AI Cleaner: Clean Up Storage → Cancel Subscription.
- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. This is the single most common reason people keep getting charged.

Once you buy you cancel your contract with them will still be charged every week after you delete their product. Your debit card can not put a stop payment you have to get a new card for them to stop them taking your money
i tried it and canceled the same day and guess what i was still charged then i canceled again. never was refunded my $. plus its a headache to use you have to select each one u want to delete of the duplicate etc. alot better apps out there thatll select one of each duplicate for you and let u delete instead u going through each pic.
I decided to try the free 3 day trial. I was expecting something else I guess because this thing sucks. You have to manually select everything and delete one at a time and so I don’t know what this app would be for. I deleted it on the day that I got it and they are still charging me $9.99 and Apple will not let me download any other app until I pay for it. Rip off!

Can I get a refund after I already canceled AI Cleaner: Clean Up Storage?
