How to cancel Auto Allies and get your money back

Auto Allies is a Travel app by Auto Allies Corporation. Canceling and getting refunded are two separate things — most people do the first and assume the second happens automatically. It doesn't.

Based on 13 of the most recent public App Store reviews, sampled September 2026.

Step 1 — Stop the next charge

  1. On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
  2. Select Auto AlliesCancel Subscription.
  3. Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.

Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. This is the single most common reason people keep getting charged.

Step 2 — Ask Apple for the charge back

Answer these and you'll get the exact wording to paste into Apple's form. Nothing is sent anywhere — it's generated in your browser.

A detail only you could write makes the request read as yours rather than a form letter.

Recent 1–2★ reviews of Auto Allies on the App Store, about billing:

They do not respond to your messages or emails or giving any updates at all... cannot get a hold of anybody. You can send numerous emails and they do not give any communication. I have gave them months to see if they improved but ultimately I had to go to Off The Record by all means do not go at this company go with Off The Record. They have a similar service and immediately as soon as you submit your ticket, you get…

When I first signed up I was charge $700ish but it popped back up saying if I signed up for the membership it would only be $400ish I got double charged. Talked to the customer support guy, he said he’d get with finance department but they were in a different country. Followed up but never got a response. It been almost a year since all of this happened and still nothing! Stay away and just find a local lawyer

I had the membership for about a year. Was told my first citation would be free. I got a ticket, submitted it and was told they cannot fight it for free. Gave me a quote of $900. Of the record was $200. Took my money I tried discussing my account with them, gave them all my info and account number and they said it could not be found. So the whole year of the membership was a waste. They took my money, ignored my call…

Questions

Can I get a refund after I already canceled Auto Allies?

Yes. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund a charge that already went through. You request that separately at reportaproblem.apple.com, and "I was charged after I canceled the subscription" is the reason to select.

How long do I have to ask for a refund?

Apple generally expects refund requests within 90 days of the charge. Ask as soon as you notice it — requests on recent charges are approved more often.

Apple declined my request. Is that the end?

No. A first decline is common and is often automated. You can submit the request again with more specific facts and ask for review by a senior advisor. If it is declined again, you can dispute the charge with your card issuer.

Will I lose access to Auto Allies if I cancel?

You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Canceling only stops the next renewal.
