Step 1 — Stop the next charge
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select CHANI: Your Astrology Guide → Cancel Subscription.
- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. This is the single most common reason people keep getting charged.

Can I get a refund after I already canceled CHANI: Your Astrology Guide?

How long do I have to ask for a refund?
