First they have hidden fees they don’t disclose until you subscribe. Every transaction cost $1. So you are paying monthly access to the SaaS then get charged a $1 for every payment they make to one of your credits, which discourages frequent payments. Second the first recommended account they pushed for me to make Payoffs on was an account that was paid off and closed two months back and had a $0 balance. The funds g…

Questions
Can I get a refund after I already canceled Ditch: Pay Off Debt Faster?
Yes. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund a charge that already went through. You request that separately at reportaproblem.apple.com, and "I was charged after I canceled the subscription" is the reason to select.
How long do I have to ask for a refund?
Apple generally expects refund requests within 90 days of the charge. Ask as soon as you notice it — requests on recent charges are approved more often.
Apple declined my request. Is that the end?
No. A first decline is common and is often automated. You can submit the request again with more specific facts and ask for review by a senior advisor. If it is declined again, you can dispute the charge with your card issuer.
Will I lose access to Ditch: Pay Off Debt Faster if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Canceling only stops the next renewal.
