How to cancel Facelab: Face & Body Editor and get your money back

Step 1 — Stop the next charge
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select Facelab: Face & Body Editor → Cancel Subscription.
- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. This is the single most common reason people keep getting charged.

This App is a scam! They charged me after I canceled my subscription before it was to renew. I was still charged for it and there is a separate charge that they don’t tell you about! I had a free trial but was charged before that trial ended!! Apple denied my refund request. Beware of this app!
This app said it was a free trial, somehow they’ve managed to charge me $10 when I only ever signed up for the free trial and even cancelled it days early to avoid a fee. Now I have to pay it or I cannot download any apps on my phone as the payment declined. Please fix this for me before I have to file a chargeback, I already reported to Apple

Can I get a refund after I already canceled Facelab: Face & Body Editor?
