Step 1 — Stop the next charge
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select Foodvisor - AI Calorie Counter → Cancel Subscription.
- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. This is the single most common reason people keep getting charged.

Similar to Noom or MyFitnessPal so not for me. Don’t purchase premium features through Apple. Despite Foodvisor policy allowing a refund up to 14 days, Apple will not allow a refund.
I bought this app on Aug 29 and then realized it’s not for low glycemic diets. It did not meet my needs. After taking 9 days to show up to start the refund process in Apple’s “Report a Problem”, I’m told that a refund is not possible despite my request within 14 days per their Zendesk Knowledge base article!

Can I get a refund after I already canceled Foodvisor - AI Calorie Counter?
