How to cancel Gravl: AI Personal Trainer and get your money back

Step 1 — Stop the next charge
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select Gravl: AI Personal Trainer → Cancel Subscription.
- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. This is the single most common reason people keep getting charged.

I recently subscribed to this app for what was supposed to be $59.99/year only to be charged $89.98. The description for app renewal also says $59.99. Attempts to contact support failed, as there was no reply to my inquiry. Also, there doesn’t appear to be a trial period for trying the app out, which would be nice.
This app started off simple to use and relatively intuitive. Over the past year of using it, it has gotten just worse and worse. Text laid on top of other text, failed searches, missing lists of exercises. All became more and more common. Sad but I won’t be re-upping my subscription.

Can I get a refund after I already canceled Gravl: AI Personal Trainer?
Yes. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund a charge that already went through. You request that separately at reportaproblem.apple.com, and "I was charged after I canceled the subscription" is the reason to select.
How long do I have to ask for a refund?
Apple generally expects refund requests within 90 days of the charge. Ask as soon as you notice it — requests on recent charges are approved more often.
Apple declined my request. Is that the end?
No. A first decline is common and is often automated. You can submit the request again with more specific facts and ask for review by a senior advisor. If it is declined again, you can dispute the charge with your card issuer.
