How to cancel HeyRua - Irish Learning App and get your money back

Step 1 — Stop the next charge
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select HeyRua - Irish Learning App → Cancel Subscription.
- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. This is the single most common reason people keep getting charged.

Unfortunately you can’t do more than one lesson before hitting a paywall. The premium subscription is a bit high for a single language app. Was really hopeful to start learning more about grammar and pronunciation but will have to look for a more affordable option.
I was very excited to learn Gaeilge since it’s my family’s language, but I can barely learn on here. Almost everything is behind a paywall, and the things that aren’t would make you skip ahead. A monthly subscription is expensive for a language learning app, and one that is not worth purchasing. I had pretty moderate expectations for this, and I wish they could’ve been met.

Can I get a refund after I already canceled HeyRua - Irish Learning App?
Yes. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund a charge that already went through. You request that separately at reportaproblem.apple.com, and "I was charged after I canceled the subscription" is the reason to select.
How long do I have to ask for a refund?
