Step 1 — Stop the next charge
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select JustFit: Lazy Workout & Fit → Cancel Subscription.
- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. This is the single most common reason people keep getting charged.

Just noticed this charge on my account and I want to cancel. I tried to cancel via the app and it wanted to charge me again. Please cancel my subscription I am very unhappy.
This was advertised through Instagram. I signed up and it said it would be through the App Store and it never was properly charged through the App Store. I had charges and foreign transactions fees. The app does not allow you to cancel the membership it only allows you to pause it. Be careful.

Can I get a refund after I already canceled JustFit: Lazy Workout & Fit?
Yes. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund a charge that already went through. You request that separately at reportaproblem.apple.com, and "I was charged after I canceled the subscription" is the reason to select.
How long do I have to ask for a refund?
Apple generally expects refund requests within 90 days of the charge. Ask as soon as you notice it — requests on recent charges are approved more often.
Apple declined my request. Is that the end?
No. A first decline is common and is often automated. You can submit the request again with more specific facts and ask for review by a senior advisor. If it is declined again, you can dispute the charge with your card issuer.

You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Canceling only stops the next renewal.
