How to cancel Lensa AI: Photo Editor and get your money back

Step 1 — Stop the next charge
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select Lensa AI: Photo Editor → Cancel Subscription.
- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. This is the single most common reason people keep getting charged.

Every time I try to use the AI effects, I get the “Something went wrong. You might be offline.” My device is clearly online, but still receive this error message. I pay for the premium subscription and have 500 tokens so I expect the app to work. What is going on?
No response from anyone involved with it! Go ahead, take my money and everyone else’s from an app that won’t work and is basically useless! Refund please and we can part ways! I’ll even delete my review!

Can I get a refund after I already canceled Lensa AI: Photo Editor?
Yes. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund a charge that already went through. You request that separately at reportaproblem.apple.com, and "I was charged after I canceled the subscription" is the reason to select.
How long do I have to ask for a refund?
Apple generally expects refund requests within 90 days of the charge. Ask as soon as you notice it — requests on recent charges are approved more often.
Apple declined my request. Is that the end?
No. A first decline is common and is often automated. You can submit the request again with more specific facts and ask for review by a senior advisor. If it is declined again, you can dispute the charge with your card issuer.
Will I lose access to Lensa AI: Photo Editor if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Canceling only stops the next renewal.
