Step 1 — Stop the next charge
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select Lively - Period Tracker, Cycle → Cancel Subscription.
- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. This is the single most common reason people keep getting charged.

I think it’s absolutely ridiculous. That women have to pay money just to track their health….. Immediately after downloading the app and putting my information in it, forced me to start a free trial and didn’t even give me an option to just have the app for free… I can track my period on my calendar. I’m not paying to do it on my phone… extremely disappointed
If this app is woman-owned, then you should understand that women already spend money every month on pads, tampons, menstrual cups, or other period products. Charging a subscription just to track a natural bodily function feels like another way to profit from menstruation. Supporting women's health shouldn't depend on another monthly subscription.
After adding in all ur info ur put onto a pay page that has no x buttons and no way out of it you can unfortunately only use this app if you pay for it what a scam

Can I get a refund after I already canceled Lively - Period Tracker, Cycle?
