- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select Minutes: AI Meeting Note Taker → Cancel Subscription.
- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.

I recorded almost a 2 hour meeting, when the meeting was done I hit stop recording and the recording was gone. The support has no answer as why it didn’t save the recording. Bottom line, it’s not reliable and therefore worthless. I’ve been trying to get my subscription cost refunded but the support department has ghosted me. Do better.

Can I get a refund after I already canceled Minutes: AI Meeting Note Taker?
