How to cancel MWH: Pilates Sculpt Strength and get your money back

Step 1 — Stop the next charge
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select MWH: Pilates Sculpt Strength → Cancel Subscription.
- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. This is the single most common reason people keep getting charged.

The app constantly logs out and won’t allow you to log back in and their customer service was not helpful in anyway. I love the workouts but unfortunately have had to cancel as the workouts are consistently not accessible.
I have been a customer for 3+ years and have enjoyed the workouts. However, I no longer do at-home workouts and don’t need the app. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel your subscription. You can’t cancel in the App Store, in the app, or on their website. I had to write into support to cancel. Then a month later I still got charged and support told me they won’t refund me? This is predatory behavior.

Can I get a refund after I already canceled MWH: Pilates Sculpt Strength?
