How to cancel MyFitnessPal: Calorie Counter and get your money back

Step 1 — Stop the next charge
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select MyFitnessPal: Calorie Counter → Cancel Subscription.
- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. This is the single most common reason people keep getting charged.

I have been a premium user for the last couple of years, user in total for nearly two decades. These changes make the user experience far more challenging and unhelpful. Cancelling and switching apps, sadly. I’ll come back if you change it back, unless I love a new app by then.

Can I get a refund after I already canceled MyFitnessPal: Calorie Counter?
