Step 1 — Stop the next charge
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select Noom Weight Loss, Food Tracker → Cancel Subscription.
- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.

I used this app a long time ago when it was free and not a lot of people knew about it. It was a great app fundamentals helped me understand my habits and help them through lessons. But recently it has been go through the magical paywall and you will loose a lot of weight. Can I get a refund after I already canceled Noom Weight Loss, Food Tracker?
