Step 1 — Stop the next charge
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select Paired: Couples & Relationship → Cancel Subscription.
- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. This is the single most common reason people keep getting charged.

So my fiancé found the app so I added it and it was supposed to be free! But I keep getting billed $86 every a few days to pay for an app that I did not choose or pick! Went to go subscribe to the free trial to give it a try and it charged my card the full amount of the year and then said if I cancel I already paid for the full year!! How is that a free trial! Don’t try the free trial!
I canceled the free subscription on day four or something like that and they attempted to charge me on day seven as well as day eight even though my settings and everywhere says that my subscription has been canceled. I had to turn it credit card company as fraud. Still not sure if that’s gonna stop them from trying to charge it again thankfully I use the card that they can’t charge.

Can I get a refund after I already canceled Paired: Couples & Relationship?
Yes. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund a charge that already went through. You request that separately at reportaproblem.apple.com, and "I was charged after I canceled the subscription" is the reason to select.
How long do I have to ask for a refund?
Apple generally expects refund requests within 90 days of the charge. Ask as soon as you notice it — requests on recent charges are approved more often.
Apple declined my request. Is that the end?
No. A first decline is common and is often automated. You can submit the request again with more specific facts and ask for review by a senior advisor. If it is declined again, you can dispute the charge with your card issuer.
Will I lose access to Paired: Couples & Relationship if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Canceling only stops the next renewal.
