How to cancel Picture Mushroom: Identifier and get your money back

Step 1 — Stop the next charge
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select Picture Mushroom: Identifier → Cancel Subscription.
- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. This is the single most common reason people keep getting charged.

Awful. Can’t identify even the easiest mushrooms, and after it misidentifies it, it asks you to pay for the app….
The app used to tell you if the mushrooms are safe to consume or not, which is why I paid for the subscription… but apparently they now just have a generic warning that the information can’t be used to determine if it’s safe to consume. Won’t be renewing unless this changes.
The app did not recognize any of my mushrooms and I am not able to contact the company to get a refund because my subscription expired and I canceled it however I still have access to the app and I did not want to pay for the subscription so doesn’t expire until next year I didn’t even want it because it doesn’t even work and now there’s no way to contact them reimburse me

Can I get a refund after I already canceled Picture Mushroom: Identifier?
