Step 1 — Stop the next charge
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.

- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.

When I compared to my other app this one falls very short. 80% of the time no photos for the plane you want to track. If you want the bare minimum then this would be the app for you but for me feels an app in the earlier stage. I personally hate, it’s a waste of my money and time. This app use to be very useful at tracking flights but now every single little thing is locked behind the premium subscription. This app serves no purpose anymore unless I pay for it. That makes me want to pay for it less.

Questions
Can I get a refund after I already canceled Plane Finder ⁃ Flight Tracker?
Yes. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund a charge that already went through. You request that separately at reportaproblem.apple.com, and "I was charged after I canceled the subscription" is the reason to select.
How long do I have to ask for a refund?
Apple generally expects refund requests within 90 days of the charge. Ask as soon as you notice it — requests on recent charges are approved more often.
Apple declined my request. Is that the end?
No. A first decline is common and is often automated. You can submit the request again with more specific facts and ask for review by a senior advisor. If it is declined again, you can dispute the charge with your card issuer.
Will I lose access to Plane Finder ⁃ Flight Tracker if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Canceling only stops the next renewal.
