How to cancel Plant Identifier & Care App and get your money back

- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.

I signed up for a free trial and was charged $65 for an entire year subscription after 12 hours. And the app did not identify one single plant I tried to photo grab. They will not refund my money or answer my about cancelling my membership. SCAM.
I tried this and the app itself is fine. The free trail, which was canceled before the end, still incurred a charge. I despise shady business dealings!

Can I get a refund after I already canceled Plant Identifier & Care App?
Yes. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund a charge that already went through. You request that separately at reportaproblem.apple.com, and "I was charged after I canceled the subscription" is the reason to select.
How long do I have to ask for a refund?

Apple declined my request. Is that the end?

You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Canceling only stops the next renewal.
