How to cancel Profit AI - Trading Assistant and get your money back

Step 1 — Stop the next charge
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select Profit AI - Trading Assistant → Cancel Subscription.
- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. This is the single most common reason people keep getting charged.

I signed up for the app to try it thinking there was a free trial because that’s what it said, but they ended up charging me for it and wouldn’t give my money back.
Using any other FREE AI apps is just as useful. This doesn’t add anything extra that regular AI offers. It was a waste of money. I canceled my subscription.

Questions
Can I get a refund after I already canceled Profit AI - Trading Assistant?
Yes. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund a charge that already went through. You request that separately at reportaproblem.apple.com, and "I was charged after I canceled the subscription" is the reason to select.
How long do I have to ask for a refund?
Apple generally expects refund requests within 90 days of the charge. Ask as soon as you notice it — requests on recent charges are approved more often.
Apple declined my request. Is that the end?
No. A first decline is common and is often automated. You can submit the request again with more specific facts and ask for review by a senior advisor. If it is declined again, you can dispute the charge with your card issuer.
Will I lose access to Profit AI - Trading Assistant if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Canceling only stops the next renewal.
