Step 1 — Stop the next charge
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select Quizlet: More than Flashcards → Cancel Subscription.
- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. This is the single most common reason people keep getting charged.

I’ve been a religious Quizlet user for years but am cancelling my subscription and moving to Anki because of this new update and how terrible it’s been. The app has had a habit of crashing when I make sets for a while, which wasn’t a big deal because it always saved up until my last card or so. Now when it crashes, it not only deletes all the cards I was working on but also deletes older cards in that same set.

Can I get a refund after I already canceled Quizlet: More than Flashcards?

How long do I have to ask for a refund?
