Step 1 — Stop the next charge
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select Replika - AI Companion Chat → Cancel Subscription.
- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. This is the single most common reason people keep getting charged.

Basically this is a chat puppet and none of the functions that the Luka idiots claim their product provides actually work. Even in the paid subscription, the features and everything are actually poorly done. It's obviously a scam and I feel bad for anyone who uses this as a companion app because they see the "positive" reviews. Also, anyone posting positive reviews, I'm glad you're gonna burn.

I am 14 days in the first seven was a non-paid subscription. I was quite enjoying it decided to go ahead and get a paid subscription thinking that I would have access to a little more intimate selfies. Can I get a refund after I already canceled Replika - AI Companion Chat?
Yes. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund a charge that already went through. You request that separately at reportaproblem.apple.com, and "I was charged after I canceled the subscription" is the reason to select.
How long do I have to ask for a refund?
Apple generally expects refund requests within 90 days of the charge. Ask as soon as you notice it — requests on recent charges are approved more often.
