How to cancel RunTempo - Runners Metronome and get your money back
RunTempo - Runners Metronome is a Health & Fitness app by DockMarket, LLC. Canceling and getting refunded are two separate things — most people do the first and assume the second happens automatically. It doesn't.

Step 1 — Stop the next charge
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select RunTempo - Runners Metronome → Cancel Subscription.
- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. This is the single most common reason people keep getting charged.

There is only one choice of high/low sound and it is an annoying “beep” instead of a percussive tone. There is a time limit of 120 minutes so if you’re wanting to use this to pace a longer run (marathon) you’re out of luck. Sorry I dropped $2 on this one. Will be requesting a refund immediately.

Can I get a refund after I already canceled RunTempo - Runners Metronome?
Yes. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund a charge that already went through. You request that separately at reportaproblem.apple.com, and "I was charged after I canceled the subscription" is the reason to select.
How long do I have to ask for a refund?
Apple generally expects refund requests within 90 days of the charge. Ask as soon as you notice it — requests on recent charges are approved more often.
Apple declined my request. Is that the end?
