How to cancel Santa Fe Margarita Trail and get your money back

App does not work! Reinstalled multiple times. A *YEAR* after my vacation to Santa Fe I received this response: “Hello - this review is related to an old version of the app. The new versions works much better, please give it a try.” Not much help now, and no refund or apology.
They’ll charge you $2.99 to download the app, then when you try to create an account, it tells you some crap about their servers, but you CAN’T USE THE APP that you paid for! I’m contacting the NM Attorney General.

Can I get a refund after I already canceled Santa Fe Margarita Trail?
