How to cancel Simply Guitar - Learn Guitar and get your money back
Simply Guitar - Learn Guitar is a Education app by Simply Ltd. Canceling and getting refunded are two separate things — most people do the first and assume the second happens automatically. It doesn't.

Step 1 — Stop the next charge
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select Simply Guitar - Learn Guitar → Cancel Subscription.
- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. This is the single most common reason people keep getting charged.

Can I get a refund after I already canceled Simply Guitar - Learn Guitar?
Yes. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund a charge that already went through. You request that separately at reportaproblem.apple.com, and "I was charged after I canceled the subscription" is the reason to select.
How long do I have to ask for a refund?

Apple declined my request. Is that the end?
