How to cancel Teleprompter.com and get your money back

Step 1 — Stop the next charge
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select Teleprompter.com → Cancel Subscription.
- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. This is the single most common reason people keep getting charged.

This app is very problematic. My recordings keep breaking up even though I have done all the settings they recommended. I am so tired of going over my recordings trying to fix them. I am ready to get rid of this app for a refund. I’m I the only person experiencing this? Cause the reason I chose this app was because it had a lot of reviews.
A subscription for an app that should be one time pay? What a joke. Deleted immediately. Greedy developers trying to get rich off of what amounts to a few months of work. Found an app that lets me do what I need to do for FREE.

Questions
Can I get a refund after I already canceled Teleprompter.com?
Yes. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund a charge that already went through. You request that separately at reportaproblem.apple.com, and "I was charged after I canceled the subscription" is the reason to select.
How long do I have to ask for a refund?
Apple generally expects refund requests within 90 days of the charge. Ask as soon as you notice it — requests on recent charges are approved more often.
Apple declined my request. Is that the end?
No. A first decline is common and is often automated. You can submit the request again with more specific facts and ask for review by a senior advisor. If it is declined again, you can dispute the charge with your card issuer.
Will I lose access to Teleprompter.com if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Canceling only stops the next renewal.
