How to cancel Trade AI: Chart AI Analysis and get your money back

Step 1 — Stop the next charge
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select Trade AI: Chart AI Analysis → Cancel Subscription.
- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. This is the single most common reason people keep getting charged.

I’m already not super impressed by the app as it’s not something that will make you a ton of money but I am even further aggravated that they’ve billed me separately for two different month’s bills in the first 12 days of having the service. Update: the app also kept charging me randomly for $20-50 at a time and I had call my bank to make a stop payment.

Can I get a refund after I already canceled Trade AI: Chart AI Analysis?

How long do I have to ask for a refund?
