How to cancel Uphold: Trade crypto & stocks and get your money back

Step 1 — Stop the next charge
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select Uphold: Trade crypto & stocks → Cancel Subscription.
- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. This is the single most common reason people keep getting charged.

Failed to deliver the promised service and unilaterally chose to terminate my subscription early and then would not provide a refund. Strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a safer and more reliable place to transact digital currencies. Be VERY CAREFUL with this one!
1. A great deal of difficulty relinking account. Repeated attempts over many days. Finally found some hidden way to delete the account. Then I reconstituted the account and it is now apparently fine. 2. Where is a transaction-pending area? I needed to cancel the transaction. Once again, I just deleted the entire account. 3. Much of the app is user-friendly. Other of it is user-hostile.

Questions
Can I get a refund after I already canceled Uphold: Trade crypto & stocks?
Yes. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund a charge that already went through. You request that separately at reportaproblem.apple.com, and "I was charged after I canceled the subscription" is the reason to select.
How long do I have to ask for a refund?
Apple generally expects refund requests within 90 days of the charge. Ask as soon as you notice it — requests on recent charges are approved more often.
Apple declined my request. Is that the end?
No. A first decline is common and is often automated. You can submit the request again with more specific facts and ask for review by a senior advisor. If it is declined again, you can dispute the charge with your card issuer.

You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Canceling only stops the next renewal.
