How to cancel Vico Nature: Smart Nature View and get your money back

Step 1 — Stop the next charge
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select Vico Nature: Smart Nature View → Cancel Subscription.
- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. This is the single most common reason people keep getting charged.

I am struggling with new app after being promoted to down load in the Vico home one I have been using. I bought a subscription In January and now it wants me to add a different subscription on what I have. New app does identify birds, you can’t put in what bird it should be in old app. Also watching live is impossible which I could do in old app. Please make changes.

Can I get a refund after I already canceled Vico Nature: Smart Nature View?
Yes. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund a charge that already went through. You request that separately at reportaproblem.apple.com, and "I was charged after I canceled the subscription" is the reason to select.
How long do I have to ask for a refund?
