Step 1 — Stop the next charge
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select VoiceMap: Audio Tours & Guides → Cancel Subscription.
- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. This is the single most common reason people keep getting charged.

Can I get a refund after I already canceled VoiceMap: Audio Tours & Guides?

How long do I have to ask for a refund?
