How to cancel Warhammer 40,000: The App and get your money back

Step 1 — Stop the next charge
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select Warhammer 40,000: The App → Cancel Subscription.
- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. This is the single most common reason people keep getting charged.

App is awesome for list building and very nice for a newer play to ensure I’m making a legal list. Paywall making more than one list and paywalling basic rules on other armies is diabolical. It would be a perfect app if a subscription unlocked the app entirely but no. Updating my review to 1 star. 75$ a year to use this app is evil.
The restriction to being able to only create one list before you need to subscribe to this clunky app is absurd. We already pay to get the codex and we already pay for every model that is new or updated that we want. New Recruit is free, Tabletop Battles is free, both of these apps are clean and easier to use with less clutter. The design and monetization of this app are an insult to true fans. 2-Stars
This App is very Buggy to begin with. It Logs you out every time you close the App. If you intend on purchasing the subscription, be ready for the App to sometimes just „lose“ it if you close the app. It’s also very dissappointing to learn that the App doesn’t work unless you literally own the physical 10e codex that you want to use. It’s an OK army builder but it’s really useless without the codex.

Can I get a refund after I already canceled Warhammer 40,000: The App?
Yes. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund a charge that already went through. You request that separately at reportaproblem.apple.com, and "I was charged after I canceled the subscription" is the reason to select.
How long do I have to ask for a refund?
Apple generally expects refund requests within 90 days of the charge. Ask as soon as you notice it — requests on recent charges are approved more often.
Apple declined my request. Is that the end?
No. A first decline is common and is often automated. You can submit the request again with more specific facts and ask for review by a senior advisor. If it is declined again, you can dispute the charge with your card issuer.
Will I lose access to Warhammer 40,000: The App if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Canceling only stops the next renewal.
