Tinder separates two things. A **suspension** ends by itself — you can return after 6 months, and no appeal is needed. A **ban** is the one you appeal, through the Appeal Center.
Step 1 — Find the exact wording of the notice
Open Tinder and read what it actually says. You are looking for the name of the rule, not the summary. An appeal that quotes the rule and explains why it does not apply is treated very differently from one that says the decision was wrong.
