Step 1 — Stop the next charge
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select Chegg Study - Homework Help → Cancel Subscription.
- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.

For over $20 a month you now can’t even ask questions, you have to hope the AI can find the question already in their database and if they don’t have it they’ll still show you “similar” questions, you’re supposed to thumbs it down and hopefully they’ll have the expert you’re paying for reach out to help.
