What this service is
RefundAppeal is a writing tool. You describe what happened with a subscription charge, and we generate the wording for a refund request you send to Apple yourself through reportaproblem.apple.com, or an appeal letter for a platform account suspension that you send yourself. The free letter is generated in your browser. The paid pack adds a follow-up appeal letter and a bank chargeback template.
What this service is not
- We do not contact Apple, your bank, or any platform on your behalf. You send everything yourself.
- We never see or ask for your Apple ID, passwords, or account access.
- We are not affiliated with Apple Inc. or with any platform named on this site. App names, ratings and user reviews are quoted from public App Store listings. Apple and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.
- These are writing templates, not legal advice. We are not a law firm and no attorney-client relationship is created.
- We cannot guarantee any outcome. Whether a refund is granted is Apple's decision alone, and whether an account is reinstated is the platform's decision alone. We have no influence over either.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. The letters repeat the facts you enter. Do not use this service to make claims you know to be false — that is fraud, and it is your own submission to Apple or your bank, not ours.
Payment
The paid pack is a one-time purchase at the price shown at checkout. It is not a subscription and will not renew. The letters are emailed to you, so you keep them even if you close the page or change devices. See our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not resell or redistribute the paid letters, scrape the site, or attempt to access the paid content without paying for it. We may refuse or discontinue service for these reasons.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
