How to cancel Bitcoin Mining: Crypto Miner and get your money back

Bitcoin Mining: Crypto Miner is a Finance app by Lowhill Games Oy. Canceling and getting refunded are two separate things — most people do the first and assume the second happens automatically. It doesn't.

Step 1 — Stop the next charge

  1. On iPhone or iPad open Settings and tap your name at the very top.
  2. Tap Subscriptions, then Bitcoin Mining: Crypto Miner.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. This is the single most common reason people keep getting charged.

Then check it actually worked

Look at the date line under the subscription. This one word tells you whether you are still being charged:

Renews 12 Oct 2026 Still charging you Expires 12 Oct 2026 Canceled correctly

If it still says Renews, the cancellation did not go through — go back and do it again. Either way, a charge that already happened is refunded separately, in Step 2.

Step 2 — Ask Apple for the charge back

Answer these and you'll get the exact wording to paste into Apple's form. Nothing is sent anywhere — it's generated in your browser.

Free — the refund request to send Apple. No account, no email required.

$5.99 one time — the appeal letter for when Apple declines your first request, plus the chargeback letter for your card issuer if Apple still says no. Emailed to you. Not a subscription. Nothing renews. Full refund on request — see Refund Policy.

A detail only you could write makes the request read as yours rather than a form letter.

You're not the only one

Recent 1–2★ reviews of Bitcoin Mining: Crypto Miner on the App Store, about billing:

They could give you some crypto here, but they don’t. For the $14.99 plan and six months of paying I got $2.98 of bitcoin. It’s a total scam.

Bought a 3 month contract thinking I would at least make the money back. That didn’t happen. Biggest waste of money

★☆☆☆☆ · Greenc5 · 2026-07-17

The minimum withdrawal, even if you reach it, is worth less than a penny! If you are considering paying a subscription/contracts to mine with these people, you’re better off spending the money buying the bitcoin.

Questions

Can I get a refund after I already canceled Bitcoin Mining: Crypto Miner?

Yes. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund a charge that already went through. You request that separately at reportaproblem.apple.com, and "I was charged after I canceled the subscription" is the reason to select.

How long do I have to ask for a refund?

Apple generally expects refund requests within 90 days of the charge. Ask as soon as you notice it — requests on recent charges are approved more often.

Apple declined my request. Is that the end?

No. A first decline is common and is often automated. You can submit the request again with more specific facts and ask for review by a senior advisor. If it is declined again, you can dispute the charge with your card issuer.

Will I lose access to Bitcoin Mining: Crypto Miner if I cancel?

You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Canceling only stops the next renewal.

Bitcoin Mining: Crypto Miner is not listed in my Apple subscriptions, but I am still being charged. What now?

Then Apple is not the one charging you — the company is billing your card or PayPal directly, and reportaproblem.apple.com will not help. Check your card or PayPal statement for the merchant name, cancel from your account on that company website, and ask them for the refund in writing. If they do not answer within a few days, dispute the charge with your bank or card issuer instead.
