Step 1 — Stop the next charge
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select Chatbot AI Assistant - Genie → Cancel Subscription.
- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.

This is the most wasted time and money with this chatbot assistant. I tried to generate images- it didn’t do anything, I started a conversation and asked a simple question the answer was incomplete. Then I started typing a new question in the text box but it bugged and couldn’t send. I want my money back! The app is broken
Don’t bother downloading this, completely useless and waste of time . Not only do u have to pay a weekly or year subscription fee. You also have to pay for coins to be able to do anything on the app. I am so tired of being double charged for products.

Can I get a refund after I already canceled Chatbot AI Assistant - Genie?
