Step 1 — Stop the next charge
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select Pollo AI: AI Video & Image → Cancel Subscription.
- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. This is the single most common reason people keep getting charged.

Making a video after purchasing account and extra credits, but it glitches and you lose the credits. I emailed them but they told me to find a code for a refund. Save your money find another service. They also bait and switch as you make the video you type up exactly what you want they create your video, charge you and it is not what you asked for, then you tell it and it makes your video but for more credits. Can I get a refund after I already canceled Pollo AI: AI Video & Image?
Yes. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund a charge that already went through. You request that separately at reportaproblem.apple.com, and "I was charged after I canceled the subscription" is the reason to select.
How long do I have to ask for a refund?
Apple generally expects refund requests within 90 days of the charge. Ask as soon as you notice it — requests on recent charges are approved more often.
Apple declined my request. Is that the end?
No. A first decline is common and is often automated. You can submit the request again with more specific facts and ask for review by a senior advisor. If it is declined again, you can dispute the charge with your card issuer.

You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Canceling only stops the next renewal.
